Raque chair’s simple and elegant design was inspired on the form of a leaf. The seat and the back surface are defined by lines that create an illusion of movement and make visual reference to leave’s venation. Raque’s form and shadow create a composition of lines that change according to the light source. Raque chair can be manufactured in metal and could be conveniently stacked for storage or transportation. This chair can be combined with different design styles in residential or commercial spaces or used in spaces that require multiple chairs such as a food court.
